At Perimeter Pest Control our primary focus is on providing you the highest quality service, while ensuring both you and your family's safety.
Our staff have completed the Australian Government Department of Health COVID-19 Infection Control Training, which explains how COVID can be transmitted, how long it can remain on surfaces, how surfaces can be safely cleaned, how we can protect ourselves and reduce the risk of infection.
In an effort to comply with recommended social distancing we are temporarily implementing new policies in regards to our services. This is not a decision we have taken lightly but as cases of COVID-19 have developed we feel it is the best response.
- We have instructed our employees to not shake hands and keep a 1.5 metre safe distance from our clients.
- If we have to enter your home our employees will ask if anyone in the home has been sick, or is currently in self isolation. If the answer is No, we will perform the service wearing the proper personal protective equipment and ask that you keep the 1.5 metre safe distance from our staff.
- If paying by Credit Card our employees will ask for the information to input payment to avoid touching the card.
